Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original condition — items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

How do I return or exchange something?

Just email us at hello@itseddy.co with your order number and we can start your return or exchange.

What about international returns?

If you're outside the U.S. and within the 14-day window, email us at hello@itseddy.co with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you instructions and a return authorization. International customers cover the cost of return shipping.

How do your shirts fit?

Each product page includes a Size Chart with measurements to help you choose the right fit. As a general rule, we advise that our clothing is true to size.

When will my order ship?

Our pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping within the U.S. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. as soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If you’re having trouble locating your package, email us and we’ll look into it.

Do you accept preorders?

Some items may be listed as preorder. If so, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order goes out.

Do you offer pickup?

We don’t offer local pickup at this time.

Where is Eddy based?

Our designs are made in London, UK, and our shirts are printed in the United States for quality assurances.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or group orders?

Depending on the size and type of order, we may be able to offer a discount. Reach out to hello@itseddy.co with details.
